Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 99000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined here as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 99000’s platform or services.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 99000 as the platform operator. Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the betting services offered by this platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To fully use 99000’s services, you need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted during registration.
- Each user is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 99000 will never ask for your password via any channel.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
- Account information must match the identity of the bank account holder used for transactions. Any discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
99000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
99000 platform users agree to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 99000.
- Do not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s system functions in any way.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or harmful content through the platform.
- Do not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities.
- Do not share your account or allow third parties to use your account.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts without prior notice. 99000 reserves the right to withhold any balances related to fraudulent activities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 99000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets.
- Deposit: Deposited funds are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method. 99000 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in the user’s name and matching the 99000 account information.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change. Check your account section for current limit information.
- Refund: Funds deposited into the gaming account are non-refundable except in certain cases considered on a case-by-case basis by 99000 management.
99000 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for fraud checks or regulatory compliance. Users will be contacted if additional information is needed to complete the withdrawal process.

Account Suspension & Closure
99000 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or legal compliance reasons. For accounts suspended pending investigation, any valid balance will be returned to the user after the investigation is complete and no wrongdoing is found.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved through negotiation.
